Roller Chain/Slide Gate Chain

Roller Chain is used on almost every slide gate operator in production. Its service life depends on use and maintenance. If your chain is rusted and kinked or keeps breaking, its probably time to replace it. Spray chain lube on the chain if it ever looks dry or rusty and after it rains. Yard sprinklers should be adjusted so they don't spray water on the chain.
