6 " UHMW V-wheel
These slide gate wheels are manufactured using only premium UHMW (Ultrahigh Molecular Weight) polyethylene. This durable, wear-resistant plastic is a far superior material for wheels, wearing up to 5 times longer than cast iron. The oilite bronze bushing requires little or no lubrication over the life of the wheel. They are CNC machined to meet the highest standard of precision and accuracy to achieve the finest quality wheel available.

UHMW is such a unique and useful material because of its combination of excellent properties – outstanding abrasion resistance, superior impact resistance, non-sticking, self-lubricating properties and excellent mechanical properties.
